Some Vegetable Makes You Tall

Who do not want to be a tall.  Man & women everyone wants to be tall.
Tall people are good looking and smart and every cloths are fit on his/her body easily.
That is why every parents are become worried that how their child would be tall.
Generally most of the case height/tall depend on his /Her generation. Gut apart from that height / tall depend on nutrition. Generally height grow up to 25 years old for man & 21 years for women.
And during grow-up this nutrition food helps more to increase body height.
Now i am talking about some vegetable which will help to increase your height during grow up.
1. Cabbage:
Cabbage has vitamin, iron, protein, mineral & fiber which helps your body height increase as well as increase execution of growth hormone.

2. Pea:
One of the winter season vegetable is Pea and favorite to all. Pea has lots of vitamin, mineral, iron, protein, Lutein & fiber which helps your body height increase as well as increase execution of growth hormone.

3. Broccoli:
Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family, whose large flowering head is used as a vegetable. It is very nutritious vegetable. Broccoli has vitamin-c, iron, & fiber which helps your body height increase as well as increase execution of growth hormone. 

4. Ladies finger:
Ladies finger is also a nutritious vegetable. it has vitamin, water, mineral & fiber which helps your body height increase as well as increase execution of growth hormone.
