Control Your Diabetes & Stay Healthy

All should follow the bellow instruction if you have diabetes. you all know if you have diabetes the you have to maintain some rules. so things to do each day to stay healthy with diabetes.

"Follow healthy eating plan
"Be active a total of 30 minutes mot days.
"Take your diabetes medicines at the same time each day
"Check your blood sugar periodically
"Check your feet every day for cuts, blisters, sores, swelling, redness, or sore toenails
"Brush and floss your teeth and gums every day
"DO NOT SMOKE "
